The following points on our own inner power, how to
recognize it, and use it to improve and change the things we have control over.
“Honor your desire for a new life.
Say yes to the small inkling of interest and curiosity that present them each
day.”
Sometimes it’s good to start small. If you’ve been drawn to
something for a long time, but always dismissed it as not being for you, now is
the time to let go of that inhibition. If you really want to do something new
or different, imagine yourself doing it. Picture the person you want to be.
Keep that image in your mind as you move forward.
“You are one thing only. You are a Divine
Being. An all-powerful Creator. You are a Deity in jeans and a t-shirt, and
within you dwells the infinite wisdom of the ages and the sacred creative force
of All that is, will be, and ever was.”
Do not forget how powerful you are. You are just as capable
as those around you, the ones you watch on social media and wonder how they
manage to do it. The truth is we’re all glorious, messy people, and what we
show to the public usually isn’t reality. Don’t hold yourself to someone else’s
standard. You are enough as you are.
“Everyone
creates realities based on their own personal beliefs. These beliefs are so
powerful that they can create [expansive or entrapping] realities over and
over.”
Remember that you are in control of your reality. The things
you think, your internal dialogue, and the way you speak to yourself holds such
power. Ask yourself what kind of energy you want to bring forth today.
“When you connect to the silence within you, which is when
you can make sense of the disturbance going on around you.”
When you’re so focused on other people, be it work, family,
friends, or even strangers on the news, it can be hard to find time to look in
on yourself. Take time today to ask yourself what’s going well, and where you
want to see changes.
“The energy it took to exit mother’s womb is the same force
required to manifest a dream.”
It can be a struggle to change. Just as birth is a new and terrifying
journey, each change we make for ourselves must come from a place of
resilience, strength, and a bit of faith. Hard things are usually the ones that
are the most rewarding in the long run.
“Creativity is the state of consciousness in which you enter
into the treasury of your innermost being and bring the beauty into
manifestation.”
Sometimes, the best way to manifest spiritually is to
manifest physically. Vision boards, artistic expression, and writing your
thoughts down are all ways to solidify your feelings and move you toward
action.
“Fully inhale your dream and completely exhale manifestation
of it.”
Every day is a chance to create something for you. Don’t let
this one pass you by.
